Biography

Sharen Bakke, Assistant Professor in the department of Computer & Information Science, teaches Knowledge Management, IT for competitive advantage, and the Business Value of IT. Her research interests focus on the factors that influence User Acceptance of IT; in particular, privacy concerns, effective user interfaces and behavioral control. Sharen is a member of Academy of Management, the Association for Information Systems and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.
