Biography

Harry J. Martin, Ph.D., is an associate professor of management. He is a member of both the graduate and Executive MBA faculty. Dr. Martin is also a frequent consultant to public and private organizations and has provided professional services to organizations in the manufacturing, health care, and financial services sectors. He has published over 25 articles on leadership, group process, management development, and psychometrics, including a book he recently co-authored entitled, The Best and the Worst of Leadership: essential learning for emerging leaders.
